What is Predicate?
Predicate enables programmable policy enforcement for financial applications built on blockchains. The Predicate platform allows developers and financial institutions to integrate compliance rules and risk controls directly into onchain transactions. This helps them meet their business, legal, and regulatory requirements.
What is Sumsub?
Predicate uses SumSub to perform the actual identity verification checks.
The email you get from SumSub confirms you completed the sanction check and can now proceed to minting the identity NFT.
How is my data being stored?
Your data is stored by Sumsub, a leading compliant identity verification system. For more details, visit the privacy disclosures for Predicate, and Sumsub.
Your identity verification data is accessible by Predicate and Aztec for the purposes of verifying identity verification and troubleshooting. All data, however, is stored by Sumsub as the data processor.
How do I know if I've been verified?
In most cases, your identity will be verified immediately after completing the identity verification process. You'll be automatically redirected to the Aztec interface where the token sale screen will appear.
If you use Predicate verification, you will receive an email from the identity verification provider, SumSub, confirming your successful verification.
Log in with the wallet account that has been minted an NFT after successful verification to participate in the auction. This NFT is non-transferrable.
Can I appeal if I am denied verification?
Identity verification is typically automatic and final. Once your verification has been rejected, no further attempts will be permitted.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the support team by submitting a ticket with your details.
Is Predicate gasless?
The identity verification process is completely off-chain, so no gas is required. However, when completing the token sale transaction or when minting the NFT, there will be an attestation verified at the smart contract level.
This transaction will require gas:
For Genesis sequencers, NFT mint + token sale tx is only one tx.
For Contributors + Public tracks, those are two separate txs.
