Why do I need to complete an ID check?
All prospective participants are required to complete eligibility and sanctions checks. Participants who complete identity verification will mint an non-transferrable NFT, which gives their Ethereum wallet access to the sale.
You may choose to pass compliance checks by using ZKPassport (built with Aztec’s privacy preserving new technology) or Sumsub (centralized provider used by many crypto exchanges). Individuals may choose to use ZKPassport or Sumsub, whereas entities participating must use Sumsub.
Residents of certain jurisdictions may be excluded from participation but we’ve aimed to be as inclusive as possible including non-accredited US participants.
Do I need to be accredited?
No, you don’t need to be an accredited investor to participate in the sale.
What is a valid ID?
In order to complete the identity verification process, you need a valid ID:
This can be a passport, but it can also be a driver's license or national ID card depending on your country of residence.
If your passport is expired, it will not work for the identity verification. You will need to use a valid alternative ID instead.
How many wallet addresses can I use?
When you pass your sanctions check using ZKPassport or Predicate, you will have the option to mint a Soulbound NFT to one address associated with your identification. Only this wallet can be used to participate.
Can I participate if I’m from the United States?
Yes, anyone that passes the sanctions check is eligible to participate.
Which jurisdictions are restricted from participating in the sale?
The sale is prohibited in sanctioned jurisdictions, including North Korea, Iran, Cuba and certain regions of Ukraine (including Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk).
The sale is also prohibited in the UK, Malta and Myanmar.
How old do I need to be to participate?
You must be 18 years of age or older.
